Each year we draft our PDF Icon Business Plan (1.6Mb) which is published for industry consultation. In it, we describe how we intend to achieve our strategic priorities through key corporate initiatives and major projects.

How do we measure our performance?

In 2007, ELEXON was awarded Committed to Excellence status by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). ELEXON is using the EFQM Excellence Model to help us achieve our aim of business excellence and to provide a framework for measuring our performance.

Each year we conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey using the results to drive improvements in our operations, and to respond to customer compliments, complaints and requests. The results are available in the Publications section.
