Meet the Experts
ELEXON employs people who are expert in the balancing and settlement arrangements
governed by the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC). In order to manage a programme
of continual development to deliver operational improvements or to react to changing
market conditions and issues, ELEXON also employ people with specialist skills in
fields such as metering, assurance, auditing, Central Volume Allocation and Supplier
Volume Allocation, Service Provider and Agent management, and communications.
Commercial Management and Procurement Team
Welcome to ELEXON’s Commercial Management & Procurement Team. The CM&P team are part of the Service Delivery Department and report to Peter Davies as the Head of Service Delivery.
The Commercial Management & Procurement (CM&P) Team provides both Commercial and Contractual support and guidance for both Agent and non-Agent contracts and facilitates the delivery of all procurements in-line with ELEXON's Strategic Sourcing Procedures.
