Settlement Calendars
The Settlement Calendar Search tool gives you immediate access to information contained
in the Settlement Calendars. It allows you to search for Agent run dates or Settlement
Dates without having to download individual Settlement Calendars.
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Download a Settlements Administration Agent (SAA) or Supplier Volume Allocation
Agent (SVAA) Calendar in XLS format from the table below.
Please note that from 6 November 2008, your actual Payment Date may not
always equal the Payment Date set out in the SAA Calendar below. Please refer to
the
Delivery of Advice Notes, Backing Sheets and Confirmation Notices Information Sheet (105Kb)
for further guidance.

Residual Cashflow Reallocation Cashflow (RCRC)
Any money that you pay in Imbalance Charges is redistributed amongst all BSC Parties,
on a scale proportional to your volume of credited energy. This redistribution is
paid as Residual Cashflow Reallocation Cashflow (RCRC). RCRC data is presented on
a £/MWh basis.
You can download RCRC data (in XLS format) and an explanation of how to use this
data to calculate how much you will receive in RCRC payments (in PDF format) from
the table below.

GSP Group Correction Factors (GGCFs)
GSP Group Correction Factors (GGCFs) are used to ensure that the total energy allocated
to Suppliers in each Settlement Period in each GSP Group matches the energy entering
the GSP Groups from the transmission system and through embedded generation. To
achieve this, GGCFs are applied to the energy allocated to Suppliers from non-half-hourly
metering systems.
You can use the files in the table below to get a detailed explanation of this calculation
and to see a set of GSP Group Correction Factors for every Settlement Day in the
year. There is one sheet per GSP Group.

Transmission Loss Multipliers (TLMs)
The Transmission Loss Multiplier (TLM) is applied to a BM Unit’s Metered Volume
to adjust for Transmission Losses. Although TLMij is defined as a BM Unit-Settlement
Period level variable, there are only two values for TLM per Settlement Period:
one for BM Units belonging to Trading Units that are off-taking Trading Units in
the Settlement Period, and one for BM Units belonging to Trading Units that are
delivering Trading Units in the Settlement Period. This is because the Transmission
Loss Factor (TLFij), used in the calculation of TLM, is zero for all BM Units. If
you're interested in Transmission Loss Multipliers, you can download historic TLM
data from the table below.

Unmetered Supplies (UMS)
To download the Terms of Reference, Minutes of meetings associated with the Unmetered
Supplies User Group (UMSG), reports and provisional charging codes, please select
the Unmetered Supplies link
from the related links menu to the right.
Codes of Practice (CoP) Compliance and Protocol Approvals
You can download the CoP Compliance and Protocol Approvals from the table below.
This document is updated when new meter types are introduced. We've also published
a document with a timeline of each CoP and it shows the previous versions of each.
Weather Stations
In order for the SVA Agent to calculate Daily Profile Coefficients, temperature
variables are required for input into the regression equations. The temperature
data is provided to the SVA Agent on a daily basis by the Meteorological Office
and is collected for each GSP Group from weather stations that are approved for
use by the SVG. You can download a list of the approved weather stations below.
