BSC Review

Every two years, we review an aspect of the BSC to evaluate the whether it facilitates the applicable BSC Objectives in the most effective way.

The 2008 BSC Review was on  Section A 'Parties and Participation'. The business case for this review came from customer feedback on market entry and exit and our operational experience of managing these Section A processes.

Our review is now complete. The report describes the issues we found and potential solutions and improvements that could be made to Section A and wider processes.

Our report and your comments were presented to the BSC Panel in December 2008. We’ve started to implement the internal "quick win" changes we identified in our review.
