Change Reports

We produce various progress reports for you to monitor the progress and development of Modifications and Change Proposals within the process.

Modification Register

The Modification Register contains up-to-date information for each Modification Proposal including the name and organisation of the proposer, the date the Modification Proposal was raised, a brief description, the urgency and the current status of the Modification.

Pending Modification Proposals include all Modifications yet to receive Authority determinations.

Determined Modification Proposals including all Modifications which have received Authority determinations, been withdrawn by the Proposer or amalgamated by the BSC Panel.

Change Register

The Change Register contains up-to-date information for each proposal including the name and organisation of the proposer, the date the Change Proposal was raised, the title and brief description of the Change Proposal and the current status of the Change Proposal.

The Open Change Register includes all Change Proposals that are currently being progressed through the Change Management Procedure in accordance with BSCP40.

The Closed Change Register includes all Change Proposals that have been implemented, rejected by a Panel Committee, withdrawn by the Originator or superseded.

Modification Participant Impact Matrix

The Modification Participant Impact Matrix helps you determine whether a Modification Proposal impacts your organisation. The Impact Matrix is an amalgamation of the expected impacts for each open Modification Proposal.

Change Participant Impact Matrix

The Participant Impact Matrix allows you to track the progress of CPs and DCPs that impact your organisation through the Change Process. The impact matrix is an amalgamation of the expected impacts for each individual CP detailed in CP impact assessment Change Proposal Circulars. The Participant Impact Matrix can also be used to cross reference to the Release Plan to identify any relevant changes in future releases.

Change Report

The Change Report presents a comprehensive overview of changes in the BSC Change Process, detailing events that have taken place over the past month.

Modifications Progress Chart

The Progress Chart is a list of all Modification Proposals, the dates of BSC Panel meetings, reports presented to the BSC Panel and details of Authority decisions where relevant.

Release Plan

The Release Plan is a comprehensive guide to the prospective scope of all upcoming releases. This shows all Modification and Change Proposals that have been approved.
