BSC Audit Hold Harmless Letters

In accordance with the BSC Audit Services contract, Qualified Supplier Agents (who are not Parties to the BSC) and auditors to BSC Parties are required to sign a Hold Harmless Letter before receiving BSC Audit documentation.

These letters cover the entire Audit Services contract duration (to September 2012) and will enable participants to receive future Audit Issue Documents and attend presentations given by the BSC Auditor. PricewaterhouseCoopers (the BSC Auditor) sends the Hold Harmless letter which must be signed by a director of the company it applies to.

A specimen Hold Harmless letter is available, and the following information must be provided:

A Qualified Agent	An external Auditor of a Trading Party
Legal Company Name	Name of the External Audit firm
Agency Name (if different)	Key contact name
Market Role (e.g., SMRS / NHHDC, etc)	Key contact job description
Agency MPID(s)	Key contact address
Key contact name	Key contact telephone number
Key contact job description	Key contact email address
Key contact address	Name of Partner signing the letter
Key contact telephone number	Name of Trading Party for whom the organisation acts as External Auditor
Key contact email address	MPIDs of Trading Party for whom the organisation acts as External Auditor
Name of Director signing the letter
Address of Director
