In our response, we note that more frequent RO Settlement, as set out in options 1a – 1c could reduce the risk of Supplier failure. As a result, this would reduce the risk of us having to initiate Settlement Mutualisation following a SoLR. We suggest that the benefits of a more frequent RO Settlement needs to be weighed against the costs involved in delivering it, for all parties involved.
