The Retail Energy Code Company (RECCo) have consulted on the content in the Guidance on Metering Points (formerly MRA Schedule 8) document prior to it being created as a new Category 3 guidance document under the REC. This guidance provides examples to assist in the identification of the number of Metering Points for a range of site scenarios and tariffs. RECCo have consulted on the examples defined in the document on whether they need to be reviewed and revised prior to publication as they do not represent the current metering configurations in operation. Elexon has responded with our views on whether to retain, revise or remove each of the current examples.
