We have signed up the Menopause Workplace Pledge, a Wellbeing of Women campaign, which demonstrates our commitment to supporting colleagues who are going through the menopause.
The pledge means that we will:
- Recognise that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support
- Talk openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause
- Actively support and inform Elexon colleagues affected by the menopause
The campaign encourages employers to take positive action to ensure everyone going through the menopause is supported.
We are proud to support the campaign as part of our ongoing efforts to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace.
