I joined the company in April 2020 as Chief People Officer and I am responsible for delivering Elexon’s People Strategy.
I have a broad business background, having started my career in frontline banking before moving into senior and Board level HR roles.
I have extensive experience and knowledge of HR strategy and operations acquired in financial services, energy, transport and utilities sectors. Avidly commercial, I understand how to develop workable people strategies that deliver real value and enable organisations to meet their strategic goals.
In addition to my commercial experience I have also undertaken roles as a voluntary trustee and NED and am currently Vice Chair of a Housing Association.
