As Company Secretary, I am responsible for advising the chairperson on legal and corporate governance compliance, Board and Board Committee matters and Companies House returns.
Role at Elexon
I am part of Elexon’s legal team which advises on a wide variety of matters including the legal requirements of the Code, modifications, change proposals, employment, compliance, corporate, procurement and commercial matters.
Experience within the industry
I previously worked in-house for HSBC and in an ICI group company. Prior to this I worked in private practice.
