Director of Customer Operations at Elexon

I am Director of Customer Operations at Elexon oversee the work of the department which is responsible for Elexon’s customer focussed business activities and includes Metering, Change processes, Customer Operations, and Disputes and Compliance.

I was appointed to the role of Director of Customer Operations in January 2020 and have over 17 years of experience at Elexon across a range of operational teams.

My Elexon career started as a Disputes Analyst, followed by responsibility for the delivery of the Performance Assurance Framework, Panel Secretary and Committee Support functions.

Previously, I was seconded to Consumer Focus (the predecessor of Citizens Advice) for a six month period, gaining insight into the industry from a customer perspective.
