I am Director of Customer & Code Management at Elexon. I oversee the work of the department which is responsible for Elexon’s customer focussed business activities and includes Metering, Change processes, Customer Operations, and Disputes and Compliance.
I was appointed to the role in January 2020 and have over 20 years of experience at Elexon across a range of operational teams.
My team is also responsible for managing the Balancing & Settlement Code – our industry rule book.
My Elexon career started as a Disputes Analyst, followed by responsibility for the delivery of the Performance Assurance Framework, Panel Secretary and Committee Support functions.
Previously, I was seconded to Consumer Focus (the predecessor of Citizens Advice) for a six month period, gaining insight into the industry from a customer perspective.
