Elexon’s Settlement and Invoicing team are undertaking a review of the Funds Administration Agent (FAA), with the aim of moving from the current system to newer, more efficient technology.
We are keen to hear your input. We are recruiting interested parties to join our Settlement and Invoicing Solution User Group, which will focus at this stage on improving the Funds Administration Agent and help shape the design of the new system.
Would you be interested in joining the User Group?
You can choose from three levels of engagement to suit your time and interest:
- Level 1 – limited involvement, you will be notified about new features or updates and asked to provide feedback via email. You may receive a product survey.
- Level 2 – as level 1, plus the opportunity for a one-to-one conversation with the FAA Product Owner, Ola Dawodu, to help us understand your requirements and hear your views on specific aspects of the FAA service. You may be contacted on an ad hoc basis to answer specific questions about aspects of the product.
- Level 3 – as level 2, plus the opportunity to test prototypes or new features ahead of launch and provide feedback. You might also be invited to sessions to plan the roadmap for the product you will ultimately use.

About the Settlement Solution project
The work to improve the FAA service is part of the wider Settlement Solution project to upgrade our core settlement systems. This will ultimately help us serve our customers more quickly and efficiently.
