At Elexon, we want to make sure that the information we provide to you is clear, precise, easy to find and tailored to your needs. But to do this we need your help.

We’d like to understand what you think about our current communication channels and the content we provide. Are there improvements we could make which would benefit you?

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Survey deadline is 11 September.

Based on our customers’ feedback we will understand what you need and this will in turn enable us to make changes to enhance the way we communicate with you.

Why do we run a customer survey?

The survey aims to help us know whether the channels we currently use are useful to you. Are they the ones you use or expect us to use? Can they be improved or do you have any suggestions for new ones?

We would like to know if the content is easy to understand and whether there are any actions you need from us to make things clear.
